800合金中的cr含量通常為15-25％,鎳含量為30-45％,并含有少量的鋁和鈦。 800合金從高溫快冷后均處于奧氏體單項區,因此,使用狀態為單一奧氏體組織。合金具有較高的鉻含量和足夠的鎳含量,所以有較高的耐高溫腐蝕性能,在工業中應用較多。在氯 化物、低濃度的naoh水溶液中和高溫高壓水中,具有優良的耐應力腐蝕破裂性能,所以用于制造耐應力腐蝕破裂的設備。
