供應玻璃油墨基本信息

本產品是采用高級進口丙烯酸  樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑  ，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。

油墨特性：

1、平光、附著力佳、耐汽油、耐化學品；

2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；

3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；

4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化學品程度佳；

印刷：

選用網目為100-350目，以120t網紗計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達30~35㎡。

表干時間自然揮發5-15分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時后達最佳性能。

1．用配套專用稀釋劑  開油水

2．用718洗網水洗網。

3．或添加配套硬化劑  10％可增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。

4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分鐘佳能更優。

測試方法（完全干燥后）：

1．3m膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。

使用方法：

1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑  進行稀釋，不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑  稀釋，使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時密封。

2．攪拌時加本公司配套開油水10-12％，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑  ；用718洗網水清洗。

3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。

4. 加入固化劑  的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收

注意事項：

1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。

2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;

3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色超越150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵

4．根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放。
